We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kent Brushes purchase; if for any reason you are not, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hairbrushes and grooming tools must be unopened and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship to Kent Brushes

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
